No Referral Service

Law Office Media is not a lawyer referral service certified by the State Bar of California and does not refer, evaluate or recommend attorneys. Participating firms are not endorsed by Law Office Media.

Flat-Fee Compensation

All placements are flat-fee advertising arrangements. Law Office Media does not accept referral fees, case percentages, fee sharing or contingent compensation of any kind.

Firm Responsibility

Each participating firm is responsible for its own content and for compliance with the rules of professional conduct in its jurisdiction, including California Rules of Professional Conduct 7.1–7.5 and Business and Professions Code §§ 6157–6159.2. Firms retain approval rights over all content bearing their name.

Testimonials and Influencers

Client testimonials are published only with consent and required disclaimers. Influencer and talent content carries required advertising disclosures and attorney identification. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
